Good Customer Service is hard to find, until you call our office.

We'll listen to your needs; and together we'll determine the best course of action to fill those positions you have available. We'll work with you on recruiting strategies, interview scheduling, and determining a competitive pay rate. We'll follow up with regular performance checks on our employees, and we value all feedback you provide. Our Temp Division's three full-time recruiters have a combined 40+ years of staffing experience.

We do not cut corners, ever. Every employee is interviewed (in person), background checked and has successfully passed the e-verify authorization, and at our clients request, drug screened. We would rather not fill an order than send an individual who has not completed the required checks and personal interview with our recruiters.

Industry bill rates run from the very low to the extremely high, and we're generally at a very competitive middle ground. Rock-bottom rates are enticing, but the old adage "you get what you pay for" usually applies, as it becomes difficult to maintain the level of service our customers have come to expect. We realize that our clients must strive to keep their costs manageable, and we don't have a "one-size fits all" approach to our rates. We consider a variety of factors when determining our rates - including technical/skill level of the position, length of the assignment(s), number of individuals needed, and the complexity of the placement process. We believe your staffing rates should be as individual as your staffing needs.
